Meditation Meets Single Track
90% of riding a bike has to do with your mindset. There are physical limits in each of us, and yet the body is incredibly capable of pushing beyond when the mind is strong. Humans should stretch both their muscles and their mind. By moving your body and doing something that scares you everyday, you expand. By bringing awareness to your thoughts, you expand.
The below offerings are four-week bike clinics, with a twist. Each practice will begin with a guided meditation to bring awareness and explore the power of thought. Participants don't need any experience in meditation to join. Specific lessons on the bike will be catered to each individual and group as a whole. We'll explore skills from basic foundations to advanced maneuvers.
It's an honor to guide on two wheels. I look forward to our journey together.
