Meditation at the Oasis

Come spend time in the Oasis for a guided mediation to explore the secrets of the body. Learn to understand where you hold tension in your muscles and how to release it with your breath. Gain a subtle understanding of your nervous system, and learn to ease stress. Also be open to metaphysical guidance, and learn to witness thought and release patterns that no longer serve you.

We will work on letting go of resentments and learn to surrender our thoughts so we find ease and joy in each day of our lives.

Attendees are encouraged to ride bikes or carpool with friends, as parking is very limited (only 2 spaces available).

There is a suggested donation of $10 per class.
