Through her practice as a body and energy healer, and her passion of mountain biking, Aubrey brings a unique coaching experience to conquer mental and physical fears. Preferred in one-on-one sessions, but open to working with up to 4 close friends and family at a time, you will discover limiting self-beliefs that cause struggle and advance your skills to the next level. Lessons are catered to personal goals, with abilities ranging from beginner to intermediate/advanced. Trails and specific instruction will be discussed and chosen between coach and participant/s.
Instruction on correct body position, proper braking and gearing techniques, front and rear wheel lifts, high speed cornering vs tight switchbacks, technical terrain, jumps and drops are all options to explore in our time together.
*2 hour sessions are usually good to cover basics, more or less will adjust our balance of focus on skills and practice on the trail. If you'd like lessons with your friends or family, each individual needs to sign up below.
